Bailey Coulter
Owner & Artistic Director
Instructor: Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Hip-Hop,

Ms. Bailey began her dance training at age 3 under the The P.A.C.E. Studio in 1998. She has been training in tap and ballet for 20 years, jazz for 16 years, and lyrical, hip-hop, acrobatics, and modern for 11 years. During her time at The P.A.C.E. Studio, she’s attended many dance conventions and competitions such as the New York City Dance Alliance, Hollywood Vibe, Kids Artistic Revue, and the American Dance Projekt among others and won in top scoring divisions. In 2008, Ms. Bailey was a featured dancer for The American Dance Projekt seasonal commercial with Scott Benson. Filling in the role as a dance assistant at the age of 13, Ms. Bailey knew right away that teaching dance was her calling leading to her becoming a dance instructor for the P.A.C.E. Studio at age 17. Ms. Bailey specializes in Pre-K, K-2, and Level 1 dance development, and instructs up to Level 3. In 2013 she earned her AA degree and was accepted into the traveling Young Americans Performance Group, but chose to stay with The P.A.C.E. Studio to teach dance instead. Ms. Bailey took ownership of The P.A.C.E. Studio in 2016 at the age of 21. She has choreographed top-award winning dances in the past three years as company director. Ms. Bailey is currently taking college classes with the National Dance Education Organization to further expand her knowledge in dance instruction. Ms. Bailey’s advocacy for dance injury-prevention comes alive in the classrooms as she uses the most recent and credible science-based studies to influence her training for young dancers to keep them well and vital beyond their late teens. Her love for dance and teaching children has set a path that she enjoys every day.

​​​​Jennifer Mark
Instructor: Tap, Lyrical

Ms. Jennifer began her love of dancing at the age of 3, attending classes through Debbie Wirt’s Dance Studio in Wausau, WI. She continued dancing throughout high school, being chosen as an All American Dancer as a senior in high school. In the summer of 1999, Ms. Jennifer moved to Pensacola and began teaching for and dancing with The P.A.C.E. Studio. Ms. Jennifer was a member of the studio’s Senior Company for several years and attended multiple competitions and conventions. She has choreographed company pieces throughout the years that have received awards for the studio. Ms. Jennifer teaches a multitude of classes, including tap, jazz, lyrical, ballet, hip hop, and acrobatics. In addition to her dancing, Ms. Jennifer is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, working with children and families in need.​

Katherine Sargent
Instructor: Baton

​Ms. Katherine has been twirling since the age of 4 and coaching for over 25 years. Her twirling career began at Junior Majorettes Baton and Dance Studio in St. Augustine, Florida. Accolades include numerous Top 10 finishes in National competitions, state and regional titles and feature twirler at St. Augustine High School. Ms. Katherine is a  Professional Member of the United States Twirling Association and has attained her Judging and Coaching certifications. In addition to teaching classes at The P.A.C.E. Studio, she prepares students with additional needs for adulthood as the Job Coach at Milton High School.

Katy Olsen
Instructor: Ballet, Modern, Tap, Pre-Pointe', Pointé

Ms. Katy began her dance training at Ballet Pensacola under the direction of Patsy Hill, Debbie Parrish, and Nannette Grimm. She participated in dance workshops such as the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet in Carlisle, PA, and the Dance Alloy in Pittsburgh, PA, before attending the Ohio State University majoring in dance. At OSU she worked with modern dance choreographers Tere O'Connor, Susan Hadley, and others. After graduating with honors, she taught at Ballet Pensacola for two years before going back to school to earn an MFA in arts administration from the University of Alabama.  Ms. Katy worked for the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Alabama Symphony Orchestra, and the Alabama Ballet as a marketing manager and director. She moved back to Pensacola in 2014 to be closer to family and to reconnect to teaching. Ms. Katy has also worked as Kindergym and Tiny Tumblers coach at PSC Gymnastics.

Gordon Haight
Instructor: Ballet

Ms. Gordon, from Birmingham, AL, trained in ballet at Children’s Dance Foundation for nine years. Ms. Gordon attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and took ballet classes thoughout college. Ms. Gordon preformed in the University of Tenessee's Dance company for three years as she pursued her degree in nutrition. She returned to Children’s Dance foundation and taught Creative Dance, Ballet and Jazz one year while she finished her Masters in Nutrition Science at UAB. She is our current instructor of adult ballet.

Crystal Wright
Instructor: Contemporary, Hip-Hop

Ms. Crystal  began her dance training at Mann Dance Studio located in Pratville, AL. She danced at Mann Dance Studio from the age of three until her senior year in high school. She began setting choreography at the young age of fifteen and hasn’t stopped since. Among many of her titles and awards, she was selected as one of the 200 UCA National Allstars in 1998. She developed and created many dance programs at Mann Dance Studio, Tonya Speed's Dance Connection, Trinity, and OZ Dance Studio. Ms. Crystal is U.S.A.G. certified, and a professional gymnastics coach. Combining her love for dance with gymnastics, she also specializes in AcroDance. She has coached and managed at The Flip Factory, Alabama Elite and Pensacola All Stars. Miss Crystal has trained under choreographers and teachers such as Patti Rutland, Vince Johnson, Mia Michaels, Kate Jablonski, Tyce Diorio, Laurie Ann Gibson, Dave Scott, Honey Rockwell, Ronn Stewart, The Alabama Ballet, and many more. She has also performed in The Nutcracker, Macy's Thanksgiving Parade, among other professional productions. 
Tricia Rodgers
Instructor: Ballet, Jazz, Tap

Ms. Tricia has been dancing since she was 2 ½. As a young teen, she began assistant teaching at her home studio, Virginia Sweet School of Dance in Panama City, Florida in 1992. Throughout her training, she worked with teachers like Henry LeTang and Joe Tremaine
at various conventions and studios. Continuing to assist and train through her school days and into adulthood, Ms. Tricia has over 20 years of teaching experience with pre-schoolers through adults in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Acrobatics. After taking a few years
off to raise her babies (she and her husband have 7 children altogether), she’s ecstatic to join the P.A.C.E. Studio family, teaching Preschool, Ballet, Tap, and Jazz.

Victoria O'Dell
Instructor: Acting, Musical Theatre

Ms. Victoria is a graduate from the University of West Florida with a Dual Bachelor of Arts in Theatre with an emphasis in Directing and Arts Administration. She also holds an Associates of Science degree from Florida School of the Arts in Acting. She studied dance and choreography at Florida School of the Arts, Abella’s School of Dance, St Augustine Dance Conservatory, Ponte Vedra Ballet, Ballet Magnificat!, and Ad Deum Dance Company. Ms. Victoria studied pre-professional ballet primarily, as well as modern, jazz, contemporary, tap, and ballroom. She danced with the St Augustine Ballet for three years. Upon high school graduation, she pursued a degree and career in the theatre. She has choreographed several pieces for The Fall Dance Gala at Florida School of the Arts and looks forward to being a guest choreographer at the University of West Florida. She has directed A Christmas Carol: A Ghost Story of Christmas 2018, and Antigone, at the University of West Florida and The Agreement, and Sweet Storm at the North West Florida Theatre Festival. She has served as Assistant Director several productions including UWF’s The Little Mermaid, Baby: The Musical, The Music Man, Romeo and Juliet, Your Wings Have Eyes, and Anatomy of Gray at Florida School of the Arts. She also served as Assistant Director for #Love95Times for The Farm Theatre in New York City. Ms. Victoria has been teaching the arts since she was only 15 years old, she has taught ballet, jazz, and tap at several studios, acting at several elementary and middle schools through Drama Kids International, and she has served as a guest artist instructor for Musical Theatre. Ms. Victoria has a passion for the impact of the arts and loves sharing it with the next generation of artists!
Hannah Zagar
Instructor: Ballet, Jazz

Ms. Hannah has been dancing since the age of four. She has been training in ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern, and contemporary. She moved to Pace in 2012 and shortly after found her home at The P.A.C.E studio. She loves children and hopes to peruse a career where she can help children in need. She is currently attending the University of West Florida and plans to continue to dance through her college journey. Over the past five years, she has assisted in teaching ballet, jazz, acrobatics, tap, and lyrical at The P.A.C.E. studio. Hannah is thrilled with the opportunity to be able to teach what she loves at the P.A.C.E studio.
